Specific Weight

Lightness: Polypropylene yarns have a low specific gravity (0.91 g / cm³) compared to other yarns. With this feature, fabrics of equal weight, thicker, more full or lower weight can be obtained.

Rubbing fastness : Dry and wet are always good.

UV resistance : It is improved by using additives.

Mold and bacteria resistance : Excellent

It can be applied in sensitive heat conditions. The following maximum temperatures must be observed to avoid possible degradation of the fabric.


Wash : 50-60 ° C washable with detergent.

Overdye : Cotton, nylon, wool, viscose can be dyed up to 100 ° C. It cannot be dyed with normal polyester and can only be applied with cationic polyester.

Thermoforming : 105-110 [deg.] C. It is preferred to steam thermophilic.

Drying : 100 ° C. The processing time can be extended to enable drying.

Calender : 60-80 ° C thermal treatment can be applied to soften the button.
